Highlights of the project
In order to improve the digital service quality of BSAG, we have redeveloped several functional core areas:
- New content elements:
Building on the supplied web design, we created scalable, editor-friendly modules that clearly structure content and make it easy to maintain. - Individual extension for the ticket overview:
A customised TYPO3 extension provides an intuitive display of all ticket offers - clear, easy to understand and optimised for all end devices. - Interface programming for fault messages:
Fault messages are automatically displayed via a dedicated API connection. This provides users with up-to-date information at all times - without additional work for the editorial team.
The result
A website that simplifies processes, creates transparency and digitally supports BSAG's daily service. Modern, functional and consistently user-orientated.
